I hope all are healthy and doing well.
My Holidays were nice be sets of parents came for a visit. It was nice not to have to travel anywhere.
The goal this week is to put away all of the Holiday items.
The goal next week when I am not sick with the stomach flu (day3 now) is to ride every day instead of every two days.
I have not set any huge goals just small changes I want to make, eat more leafy green at least twice a week-more legumes for protein-and to have a tasty adult beverage once a month.
So what are your small changes?
