Jumping rope

I can now jump rope for a minute straight without feeling like my heart is going to fall out!
It was a bit dicey this am since the area where I jump is slowly becoming an ice slick. I went to the back patio and jumped on the packed snow. It was refreshing to get hit by the snow bits.

I have an open house today from 2-4 hoping this one will have more traffic than last week. Superbowl Sunday is NOT a good day to have an open. Too many people are busy with pre-game stuff.

We are warming up it is 41 degrees outside!! The kids are happy and have been playing in the sun & snow. Zaz lost the ball in the snow and the other two do not feel inclined to find it for him. ;)
